DST. It is maker's marked "AM-32." A desirable example of this double-sided tin Coca-Cola school zone policeman sign. This is the fishtail version of this sign, which is more rare than the standard version with the circular disk logo on the back. CONDITION: Side 1, shows areas of scraping and surface scratching throughout the field. There are minor dents and pings throughout the field, the worst of which are near the bottom 30% of the sign. The extreme outer edges show paint loss and chipping throughout. (8.0). Side 2 retains good color and shine, but shows a slight yellowing to the white underlying base. There are surface scrapes and denting throughout the field, the worst of which is some bending to the metal near the bottom of the sign. The extreme outer edges show age appropriate wear and paint loss. (7.75). The cast iron base has been nicely repainted and displays very well. A seldom seen and desirable example.
