Based on the MAS 36 action, the MAS FR F2 has served as France's primary sniper rifle since 1986. This Navy Arms imported example is fitted with the standard 24" barrel chambered in 7.62 NATO with flash hider. Strengthened bolt action correctly marked on the left with pertinent information. Matching numbered black polymer Vigifelin barrel shroud with integral iron sights and folding aluminum bipod. Pistol grip style stock with adjustable sections added for length and a ribbed composite butt plate. Complete with still sealed packet of accessories which includes 2 10-round magazines in a green carrier, sling, cheek pieces, cleaning kit, and manual. Also accompanied by a rubberized case and Navy Arms made optic mount. CONDITION: Good. Steel components retains have turned a silvery patina. Aluminum components retains significant portions of worn original finish. Furniture likewise shows heavy handling and wear throughout but no major sign of distress. Very good, bright and shiny bore with sharp rifling throughout. Fine mechanics.
