Heavy octagon barrel with deep rifling and swamped muzzle. Two vacant dovetails for rear sight. Lock marked with partially visible "JOH- / LOU---LLE KY". Tiger maple stock with engraved two-piece brass patchbox and brass furniture. Double-set-triggers. CONDITION: Barrel retains a dark patina. Lock is in its original flintlock configuration, cock does not hold. Front lock bolt is absent. Complete with original ramrod. Stock shows scattered marks from use. A very nice match rifle.
