C. 1930s. Manufactured by the Kemper Thomas Co. It has nice and bold colors. CONDITION: The cardboard shows wear and loss, significantly to the left side and bottom right. There are other minor marks throughout. There are six tack holes on the outside metal frame. There is wear to the reverse.
