Manufactured 1956. Half stock sporting rifle. Chamber is stamped "MADE IN AUSTRIA ORIGINAL MANNLICHER SCHOENAUER MOD MC KAL 30-06", but you have to remove the scope block to see as it has been tapped and now sports a Kahles Helia 39L2 3-9x scope with standard crosshair reticle and Leupold mounts. Left side of frame bears the Styr legend. Floor plate is stamped "Stoeger". Features a double trigger, butter knife bolt handle, blue finish, ramp front sight, rear sight base is empty. Walnut stock features checkered, pistol grip, high Monte Carlo comb, black plastic grip cap and butt plate with white spacers as well as black fore-end tip with spacer. Comes with swivels. CONDITION. Excellent. The floor plate has thinned and there are scattered freckles near the chamber along with handling marks. The stock very good with numerous impressions. Action smooth with working set triggers. Bore is strong with few light pits.
