Per the included factory letter, this gun shipped as a 5" blued .45 ACP with Royal Blue finish, wood stocks, and special order flat mainspring housing to Pacific International Import Company, 2416 16th Street, Sacramento, California, on October 10th, 1974, in a shipment of 77 guns. It largely remains in that configuration, excepting the grips, which are currently Pachmayr wraparound rubbers. Other features as standard with blade front sight, Elliason adjustable square notch rear sight, and typical Colt Gold Cup legends throughout. Serrated small parts, skeletonized trigger with adjustable overtravel screw, long A1 grip safety, and flat serrated mainspring housing. CONDITION: Excellent, retaning virtually all of the factory finishes with some scattered superficial handling marks and evidence of range use, and thinning to silver at the sharpest edges. Mechanically fine, bore with strong, well defined rifling and even frosting.
