C. 1930s. Manufactured by the American Art Works. There are beautiful details on the graphics throughout the labeled bottle and wood case. The colors are bright and bold. CONDITION: It has a rub mark to the left of the top of the bottle through red into the green. There is other paint scratching throughout the green rim. There are other small scratches in the red. The back is clean overall, with light wear.
