Pre-Prohibition. Early 1900s. An incredibly rare hanging tin sign. Manufactured by Kauffman & Strauss Co. as marked on the bottom edge. The colors are bold and bright. CONDITION: There is some scuffing below the "N," "H" and "E" in "Anheuser." There are two other scuff marks to the left of "Lager," and a scratch in the right part of the "A" in "Pale." Overall, the sign is clean with only light wear. There is scratching to the outside gold edge. The reverse side is clean.
