C. 1930s. Manufactured by Stout Sign Co. as marked on the bottom middle. A difficult to find sign. CONDITION: It shows scratching and outdoor wear use throughout. The paint is bright. There are several tack holes around the outer green edge, and spotting to the bottom left edge.
