A thick paper Mache St. Nicholas dating to the turn of the century, most likely based on his appearance, and made in Europe. CONDITION: It has original paint and color. There are some areas of paint loss, primarily around the base. A good, solid paper mache with some slight areas of flaking, but nothing to distract from the overall great appearance of St. Nicholas. PROVENANCE: From the lifelong collection of Bill Howard.
