Marked "Made in USA" and "King Features Syndicate" on back. Tank is embossed "Patrol." Large Popeye figure with articulated arms. Popeye with his regular sailor suit. Balloon card tires with original rubber. Metal clicker on front. Has original training wheels with white rubber tires. Tires are marked "Hubley Mfg. Co." Originally made as a pull toy with a pull string and wooden ball. CONDITION: Popeye figure is in near mint condition, with very little chipping and wear. Motorcycle is in very good to excellent condition, with some chipping and wear, mostly on fenders. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
