Manufactured in 1911. Features round barrel, full tube magazine, take down, Marbles front sight on base, flat top sporting rear sight, blue finish, walnut stock sports a checkered steel shotgun butt plate with matching forearm and two line left side Winchester barrel legend. Tang stamped Model 1886. Light weight tapered barrel. CONDITION: Excellent. The receiver retains about 40-50% blue blending smooth patina. Bright blue on bolt. Strong blue on loading gate. Stock is flush to metal, a very small sliver on left side upper tang, some light added finish with minor impressions. Forearm has minor impressions with some added finish. Barrel and tube are solid 98% with some handling marks and sharp barrel legends. The tube magazine took a hit and is bent away from the barrel at muzzle to the left and needs repair but should be an easy and inexpensive project. Bore is bright. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
