Manufactured in 1892. This survivor remains in as found condition. Features a full octagon barrel, full tube magazine, German silver tip front sight, semi buckhorn rear sight, walnut stock with rifle butt plate and matching forearm. CONDITION: Good. There is no original finish remaining. Every part looks original and unmolested. The two line barrel Winchester barrel legend is sharp. The stock has slivers on both sides of top at wrist. Wood shows usual small dings and some impressions. Overall patina with some barrel dents and age freckling. The action is fine. The bore is defined but does have abrasions having not been cleaned in a century. A working relic of the old west. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
