Manufactured circa 1910. Blued octagon barrel with full length magazine, blade front sight, and semi buckhorn rear. Scarce takedown frame. Plain walnut stocks with crescent rifle butt plate. CONDITION: Good. Barrel and magazine have significant portions of fading factory blue with some added finish, high edge wear, and some areas of cleaned oxidation. Receiver has largely faded to a brown gray patina. Forend is very good as lightly cleaned with scattered handling marks and a long row of kill notches. Stock has a dried Western appearance with scattered dings and scratches. Bore is strong and bright with a few cleaned oxidation spots. Fine mechanics. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
