Manufactured 1902. This scarce lever action shotgun features a checkered pistol grip walnut stock that has been shortened, had spacers added, and fit with leather cover. Matching forearm, blue finish, WRA monogram on left side of receiver, "Winchester" on tang, two line Winchester legend on barrel with "Model 1901 10GA". CONDITION: Very good. The frame retains a thinning 70% blue blending gun metal grey. The barrel and tube retain the same amount of finish, making for a handsome, used, homogenous gun. The checkering is thinning and there are the usual impressions but solid. The bore has some residue but may clean better. Action works fine. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
