Lot consists of: (A) Third Reich police sword cut down into a D-guard fighting knife. Marked "PAUL WEYERSBERG Co. SOLINGEN". (B) Third Reich Heer dress sword cut down into a D-guard fighting knife. Blade marked "ERNST PACK & SOHNE M.B.H WAFFENFABRIK, SOLINGEN and SIEGFRIED WAFFEN" with large Siegfried wielding hammer logo. Deluxe hilt with nice traces of gilding. (C) K98 bayonet marked "J.Sch" and numbered "3133". Finish with red hue. Scabbard features same make and number with leather frog. (D) Dress bayonet marked "SOLINGEN" with scabbard and leather frog. (E) Letter opener produced by A.W. FABER" and marked as such on grip. All pieces exhibit varying degrees of patina with scattered blemishes. CONDITION: Good.
