Lot consists of (A) Marked "SHAP LEIGH / D-E / HDW CO.". Steel bolsters and liners with bone handles. (B) Marked "PRONTO / COLONIAL / PROV / U.S.A.". Brass liners with candy stripe scales. (C) Marked "SCHRADE / CUT. CO. / WALDEN. N.Y." with patent dates. Steel liners and bolsters. Wood scales with wear. (D) Marked same as (C) with steel liners and bolsters. Dark wood scales. (E) Marked "SCHRADE / WALDEN / N.Y.". Steel liners and bolsters. Ebony scales. All knives exhibit varying patina and blemishes. All have functioning springs. CONDITION: Good-very good. PROVENANCE: From a single consignor life long collection. A great many of these knives were obtained from Mark Erikson and many are pictured in his book "Antique American Switchblades" published in 2004.
