C. 1960s painted metal carnival signs. CONDITION: (A) "The Murder of the Rich Refugee" has fair color throughout, with significant paint loss. The piece appears to be clear-coated and has added holes around the outer edge of the piece (6.9). (B) The "Hatched Murderer" sign has significant fade throughout, with white ghosting in the black background. The outer edges also show added holes and fade to paint (6.9). (C) "The Killing of Mary Jane" sign has fade throughout the black background, as well as scratching with complete paint loss throughout the entirety of the piece. The outer edges also show added holes (6.9).
