DSP. Maker Marked "Tenn. Enamel Mfg. Co. Nashville." This rare C. 1930's double sided porcelain sign from Coca-Cola features "Fountain Service" across the top, as well as, a small flanged section along the top edge, which is only found on the rare double sided examples of this sign. CONDITION: Side 1 shows a half-dollar sized porcelain chip in the center field with surface scuffs and discoloration spread throughout the rest of the field. The outer edges show porcelain loss and chipping, the worst of which is along the top edge (7.0). Side 2 shows good color and shine in the field, with only a few small porcelain chips. The top edge shows porcelain chipping along the edge and flanged sectioned of the sign. The rest of the outer edges show general porcelain loss and wear (8.0).
