The Colt 45 pistol grip lock back is one of Gene Baskett's trademarks. According to the consigner, this Gene Baskett Custom Colt 1911 pistol grip folder was purchased at the 2015 Knifemakers' Guild Show. The blade features satin flats and mirror polished grinds with 5 holes beneath the spine, nail nick, and fileworked titanium thumbstud. Checkered wood Colt 45 pistol grip scales, with fileworked and anodized titanium screws. Fileworked and anodized titanium liners. Lockbar extends past the butt of the knife with a lanyard hole and leather lanyard. Locking mechanism functions properly. Housed in a black plush case. CONDITION: Very good.
