A remarkable piece of early advertising from Indian Motorcycles. This lot shows an original graphic advertising envelope addressed to "David Fotheringham, Emington, Illinois" who was an Indian Motorcycle dealer. Matched with the envelope is an original Real Photo Post Card showing a woman on an early Indian Motorcycle with advertising panel on the backside showing "D.H. Fotheringham, Agent - Indian Motorcycles, Emigton, Illinois". CONDITION: Each piece is in excellent original condition showing only minimal age wear with minor stains. The envelope shows original tear at the topside from when the letter was original open and shows brilliant color throughout the advertising as well as original stamps. Postcard is N.O.S. and was never used showing an excellent condition Image of woman on early Indian Motorcycle. A very unique and rare matched dealership paring for Indian which display very well mounted in a felt lined riker mount.
