C. 1963. A 37" tall plastic toy. It only came out for one Christmas season only. It has red light bulb eyes and battery box. The top of the head has a scanner scope with sight cross hairs. It opens and closes the hands, so it can pick-up objects. It has a hang crank and voice box, rocket firing launcher and all accessories, including two missiles, whistle, two water suctions darts and five original plastic balls. Almost impossible to find this complete and nice. It has a compass in the front. Very little wear.
