This C. 1910's reverse painted and foil glass chess/checkers board from J. Milton Althouse, purveyors of Fine Havana "Chequer" Cigars features wonderful foil lettering with nice reflective stone inlay in the square spaces. CONDITION: There are isolated areas of paint loss on the underside of the glass throughout the field- mostly confined to the outer border. The interior squares show little to no damage. The corners of the boars show light crackle and loss to the paint as well. The extreme outer edges are concealed by the nice wood frame.
Condition: (Good).
