The breech is dated 1939 with three waffenamt stamps on right side of frame. Toggle is stamped "byf". Frame has been refinished in an antique brown. Parts have assorted non matching numbers. Trigger is blue with straw colors on magazine release, takedown, and safety. The checkered walnut grips are not numbered. The two magazines are MecGar. The P-38 holster is not period. CONDITION: Very good. Frame and barrel retain majority of the reapplied finish. Frame with some blending patina and freckling, especially on straps and side plate. Bore is bright.
