The action is a Belgium small ring Mauser that has a (Charlie ) Flaig's of PA. heavy round barrel fitted with tap holes for two barrel mounts of which only one is so equipped while rear base is mounted to frame. The custom walnut stock features the bench style flat fore-end with pistol grip, Monte Carlo comb, roll over cheek piece and an old Dupont waffle pad. Metal finish is blue. Flaig's began prior to WWII and were one of most famous mail order shops during the 1950-60's. CONDITION: Excellent. Rifle retains nearly all of the custom applied blue finish. The stock is excellent with scattered impressions. The bore is bright with a crisp trigger.
