Factory original IMI Uzi SMG with underfolding buttstock. IMI ISRAEL markings on left side with "Actions Arms Ltd" on right side of receiver. “A.R.S.” selector markings on left side of receiver. One original 32-round magazine present. This cataloger needs to emphasize the fact that this is a factory original gun, not a remanufacture, or installed auto-sear gun. Electronic NFA registry indicates “IMPORTED NFA FIREARM” as the manufacturer. The Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (BATF) is in the process of removing restrictions on what they call "GOVT Use Exception" previously Pre-86 Dealer Sample restricted machine guns. This is one such gun. This particular gun has been verified by the BATF by serial number as having had its restrictions removed and as such is now Fully Transferable to individuals. Manufacturer’s information such as “Imported NFA Firearm” is NOT being changed incidental to this process. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original black hard coat finish. Composite furnishings of forend and pistol grip also near excellent. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun. The Uzi machine gun is one of the most popular and effective modern submachine guns. They are quite accurate at medium ranges in the hands of practiced shooters, reliable and controllable.
