"The World's Standard of Perfection Grand Prize Paris and St. Louis". Nice beveled edge with some chipping around outer edge on glass and paint. Original hanging chain. Also, some lifting to the red section (above and below the black) and some light scratching to the clear glass. Still displays very strongly.
