Glass and paint are in overall great condition. Displays well. Some light wear to clock hands. Wood frame and case are in nice condition with just minor wear. On close inspection the sign may have had some professional restoration to the green lines and possibly the lettering. Ultra-rare sign is possibly one-of-a-kind.
