Manufactured by Neon Products Inc. With neon border. Wonderful scene with Chicago skyline in background. Lettering and paint is solid overall with some light paint loss to bottom edge. Chrome frame is in nice condition with only light wear. Fantastic graphics. Super rare. Possibly only three other known.
