Illinois. Nice Art Deco base with glass insert "The Old World Flavor". Paint and glass are in nice condition with only very minor wear to outside edges of lettering. Metal base and backing has some overall wear and scratching but is still in very nice condition. Ultra-rare and possibly one-of-a-kind.
