China shoulder head by Dressel & Kister with lovely molded and painted gray hair upswept in elaborate style with blue hairband, patrician face with delicately painted features, molded eyelids, painted eyes, closed mouth; newer cloth body with china lower arms and legs with attached leather boots; vintage organdy dress and layered white cotton undies. Lovely lady, rarely found doll.
