LOT OF 10: PRE-WAR IVES NO. 116 STATION, NO. 89 WATER TOWER, & 8 ASSORTED IVES, LIONEL, & DORFAN RAILROAD SIGNALS
(A) Tin litho Ives No. 116 Union Station. The lithography is in good condition, with some discoloration, paint flaking at the base, and nicks and scratches on the roof. Good condition overall. (B) Ives No. 89 Water Tower. All original, scratched and nicked paint with play wear. Includes spout and ladder. (C) Eight assorted signals, which include two Lionel No. 154 Crossing Signals with orange bases, three Ives Signals including two Bell Ringers and a Block Signal, and three Dorfan signals including two Crossing Signals and a small Block Signal. All signals are in good to very good original condition.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
