The first is a Cressman's Counselor clockwork cigar cutter in original finish showing areas of finish loss and paint loss to the green paint on top, however, it is in full operational condition. The second is another clockwork cigar cutter marked El Arabe Cigars out of New York in original copper flash showing oxidation to the original finish and areas of paint loss to the inset paint. Both cigar cutters are fully operational and have a great early look.
