LOT OF 3: THIRD REICH POLITICAL LEADER, REICHSBAHN, AND RED CROSS VISOR CAPS.

Lot contains three German WWII visor caps: (A) NSDAP leader cap has blue piping with light wear (and several tiny moth holes on back), gold chin cord heavy wear, NSDAP gold insignia with moderate wear, center band with moderate wear, cap body has moderate staining and wear, and brown vulkanfiber visor has heavy crazing, and wear. Celluloid moisture shield had a large section missing, sweatband has moderate damage and staining, and gold lining exhibits heavy staining. Visor and front portion of the sweatband has been crudely reattached with heavy thread which is visible on the lower portion of the center band on the front. CONDITION: Overall fair to good. (B) Reichsbahn cap has both dark blue and red piping, gold/ blue chin cord, correct insignia, center band with little wear is crushed on the front, wool cap body has a number light moth tracks on top and nips under the lower red piping, and vulkanfiber visor exhibits very little wear. Celluloid moisture shield is present and very well-marked from "Muetzenfabrik in Muenchen" with a size stamp of "56", sweatband has light wear and moderate staining, and an undamaged light blue lining with staining. CONDITION: Overall excellent. (C) Red Cross cap with gray piping (1 inch of moth damage on left side top), leather chin strap with very light wear, correct insignia. center band with light staining, dark gray wool body with dust and a couple of hardly noticeable moth tracking on top, and visor with moderate heat damage. Sweatband has light wear and damage, and blue lining has moderate staining. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent.
