Lot of three Bronzes by Clarence Frederick Runtsch (1923-2010): (A) Large and dynamic "Sacajawea The Bird Woman" bronze copyrighted in 1983 and numbered on reverse "16/25". It depicts the Lewis and Clark Expedition's famous Lemhi Shoshone guide standing in the wind with hair and fringed buckskin dress blowing. Bronze is 18" tall and is mounted to a green marble and wood base with title plaque. CONDITION: Very good. Bronze has a dark brown patina with some toning. (B) Small scale "Prayer For The Buffalo" bronze copyrighted 1987 and numbered "7/25" on the reverse. It depicts a Native with chest plate, wrapped in a buffalo robe, holding a bison skull offering the traditional invocation. Bronze is 10 - 1/2" tall and is mounted to a wooden base with name plaque. CONDTION: Excellent. Attractively toned and showing a few minor marks. (C) Stirring "Prayer For The Buffalo" bronze copyrighted 1987 and numbered "9/25" on the reverse. It depicts a Native with chest plate, wrapped in a buffalo robe, holding a bison skull offering the traditional invocation. Also 10 - 1/2" tall and mounted to a wooden base with name plaque. CONDTION: Excellent. Also attractively toned and showing only a few minor marks. BAS
