Large lot of hard to find 1840s-1880s (primarily California) mining related ephemera. Highlights include a Garrison and Co. Gold Dust Buyers paper receipt from Horseshoe Bar, California, Tuolumne County Water Company certificate, 1856, a US Mint Branch San Francisco Gold Bullion receipt (1854), Alaska Gold Rush map (1897), Camptonville, California cancellation (1859), a deposit note for Kellogg and Humbert's Assay Office, San Francisco (1859), Munkton Gold and Silver Mining Co, Mono County stock certificate (1870's), souvenir photo book of the Klondike Rush, Consuelo Gold Mining Co. stock certificate, Adams Express Co., stock certificate (1947), Wells Fargo Co's Express receipt (1883), and a framed "GOLD DUST BOUGHT" paper sign. CONDITION: All circulated and rating good to fine. Klondike booklet exhibits multiple, small, bug bore holes scattered throughout.
