Lot consists of: (A) World War I German M16 Stahlhelm Helmet without liner. CONDITION: The helmet has lost most of its original paint but does not display any dents. There are scratches and scuffs on scattered throughout the shell and it is missing the liner and chinstrap. A decent example of a WWI German Stahlhelm shell. Overall fair condition. (B) World War I Prussian Model 1915 Pickelhaube. CONDITION: Pickelhaube still retains its original liner but the leather shows significant wear. The helmet plate shows aging and insignia has oxidized over time. The stitching on the front and rear brims has come apart and the brims are separating from the helmet. There are several scratches and scuffs on the exterior leather and the helmet shows tarnishing. Overall poor condition. (C) World War II Japanese Helmet. The helmet does not have its original liner and was replaced by a post war Thai liner. CONDITION: The helmet seems to have been repainted at some point and she shell shows scuffs, scratches, and one hole possible from battle damage. Overall poor condition. (D) Swiss Model 18 Steel Helmet. CONDITION: the helmet retains its original leather liner and chinstrap. The shell retains most of its original paint and shows scratches and signs of wear.
