Very nice lot of 6 brass and 4 steel cleaning rods for either the Thompson or Reising machine gun. One of the steel rods has the 5 - 1/2" extension so that it measures 19” from tip to base of loop, making it appropriate for a compensator equipped Thompson. The other cleaning rods measure 13 - 3/4” from tip to base of loop making them appropriate for non-compensator-equipped Thompsons like the M1 and M1A1 models, and they were also used with Reisings. One original black painted oiler and “Thompson Russian Screwdriver” is included with this lot. One original in the brown wrapper cleaning kit with white / red line patch, rope pull-through, and oil bottle are also included with this lot. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Very serviceable.
