Barrel stamped S C 6-43 with bomb. Receiver is stamped SMITH CORONA. Walnut stock has faint FJA (Frank Atwood) cartouche with P on wrist. Standard A3 features included pressed small parts, A3 type rear sight, walnut stock with no finger grooves, walnut handguard. Receiver has a matte blue finish, balance of metal is parkerized. CONDITION. Fine. about 75% metal finish with scattered marks and scrapes. Stock has numerous scattered bruises as well, typical of well used WWII weapon issued mid war. Bore is defined but frosted. Not a closet queen.
