A large composite-type figure attributed to Les Editions Albert Renee, a French company that owns the rights to the Asterix and Obelix universe. The figure has a huge body with blue and white vertical striped trousers, a broad green belt with round yellow gold bosses, a helmet, braids, and enormous shoes. The whimsical theatrical treatment suggests use as a commercial display, possible a theatrical decorative prop or high-end fancy folk art decoration. CONDITION: Good overall.
