SSP. A single-sided porcelain, bullnose-end sign, advertising Dr. H.R. Hoffman, Dentist. CONDITION: There are areas of chipping, primarily at the external edges. There are two areas of chips under the "H" initial, which shows areas of repair. It has primary loss of finish along the top edge.
