Circa 1960s Vietnam War Era. Randall Model 2-8 Fighting Stiletto with a dagger style blade marked "RANDALL MADE / ORLANDO, FLA." between Randall's signature scimitars with separate "S" denoting steel construction. Reverse blade is named "K.W. KOSS, M.D.". Blade is bright with light blemishes. Rare downturned stainless steel cross guard with red, white, and blue spacers. Guard exhibits light blemishes. Hidden tang construction with finger grooved black micarta grip and integral pommel compass. Complete with its brown leather roughback scabbard that is marked with Randall's football logo on reverse belt loop as well as "2 7". The scabbard features chromium plated "baby dot" snaps which were used on Randall scabbards from the mid-1960s-1990s. Circa 1958-1974 yellow letter "COMBINATION CRYSTOLON MADE IN U.S. OF A." gray hone present in pouch. Scabbard remains supple with scattered light blemishes. The knife is contained in a black zipper case marked by Randall Made Knives. CONDITION: Very good.
