RARE BOYCE-ITE BLU-GREEN GAS STAMPED BRONZE PUMP PLATE SIGN.
Single Sided Stamped Brass. C.1920s. A very rare Pump Plate from Boyce-Ite, primarily used for advertising Gilmore Gasoline showing the slogan, "Note the clear blu-green color" in the lower field. CONDITION: Original throughout showing its original black paint in excellent condition showing only light wear. The bronze has aged very well giving the piece and excellent patina throughout. Minimal wear along the outer edges, overall excellent. A rare piece of advertising from Boyce-Ite.
