England, ca. 1870, an utterly charming homemade dollhouse set within its own landscaped garden and surrounded by hand-carved walls and fencing, the textured pebble-dash exterior features numerous hand-carved architectural details including a pair of bay windows, individually carved roof slates, pair of carved chimneys and decorative bargeboard trim, the interior is accessed through a hinged rear panel and comprises four rooms with painted walls and later checkerboard floorpapers and contains an assortment of antique and reproduction furniture including a paint-decorated china hip bath, a Simon & Rivollet chaise lounge, a reproduction gilt metal parlor suite and an unusual Renaissance Revival cast metal hallway chair.
