Koken Co., St. Louis, MO. Deep red and white leaded glass panels light up beautifully. It has an all original porcelain top and bottom with mounting hardware included. There is one small area of touch-up to the porcelain on the top piece around the mounting hole visible only on close inspection. The access door is a replacement. Exceptional colors when lit, great overall condition.
