DSP. C. 1920s. Maker Marked Balto Enamel. CONDITION: Excellent color & gloss throughout the fields showing no notable chipping with some minor areas of age spiderwebbing and very minimal nicks. Minimal chips along the outer edges with light wear on the flange portion. An outstanding example of this early piece from Gulf.
