Tiffany Studios turtleback lamp base is cast bronze with a round organic base with three arms holding a torpedo shaped urn. The urn is decorated with a central band of gold lightly iridescent turtlebacks. The font has been electrified with a factory screw in riser and three socket cluster so no drilling was necessary. The bronze is finished in a rich brown patina with green highlights. Signed on the underside of font with applied round tag "Tiffany Studios New York 5086" along with the Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company logo. 21-5/8" tall to top of shade ring. Shade ring will accommodated a 4-1/4" aperture. Very good to excellent with some very minor discoloration to patina.
