SSP. Outstanding C. 1940s Union Pacific Railroad single-sided porcelain shield sign with cookie cutter edges. CONDITION: Sign has strong color and gloss throughout the field, with only minor surface staining in the white sections of the field. The outer edges show extremely minor porcelain loss, most notably on the top two points of the shield. The outer cookie-cutter edge has minor porcelain loss and staining, none of which is visible when the sign is hung.
