Vacheron & Constantin Gold Pocket Watch. Movement marked "Vacheron & Constantin". Open face. Size 12s. Case no. 16505. Ref. 376436. 18 Jewels, 8 adjustments, Swiss. Circa 1917. Case diameter of 44mm. 14K yellow gold case. Dust cover marked "14K" and "16505". Inside case back marked "14K E.E.R.". Dial has honey comb gold pattern in middle portion. Outer portion of dial is polished with black Roman numerals. Seconds register. Minor tarnishing to dial at 3 position. Blued steel hands. Dial reads "Vacheron & Constantin Geneve Suisse".
