C. 1900. An early version of the bicycle wheel trade stimulator made by the Waddel Manufacturing Co. CONDITION: It shows the original coin entry, bell, bicycle wheel and hardware with new paper inside the spokes. It shows a refinished cabinet with a replaced backdoor.
